Why Choose Us
Built on
Craft.
Delivered with Care.
Our background is commercial construction. We understand how real projects run — scheduling, trade coordination, clean handoffs — and we bring that discipline to every flooring job, regardless of size.
“We don't leave until the finish is right. Every cut, every seam, every transition — done properly.”
— Carolinne Rios, Owner
Commercial Construction Background
Our team comes from commercial construction — not just flooring. We understand project timelines, trade sequencing, submittals, and what a professionally executed install actually looks like.
Colorado Licensed & Insured
Fully licensed in Colorado with general liability insurance on every project. Residential homeowners and GCs can work with us with full confidence.
Reliable Scheduling & Communication
We show up on time, communicate proactively, and don't leave clients guessing. Clear timelines and no surprises from estimate to completion.
Precision Craftsmanship
Every cut is measured. Every seam is tight. Every transition and threshold is finished cleanly. The quality is visible in the details.
Residential to Large Commercial
One room or an entire multifamily development. We scope accurately, coordinate with other trades, and deliver consistent results at every scale.
How We Work
Full-Process Execution
Every installation follows a consistent process — from subfloor assessment to final protection. The same standard applied whether it's one room or an entire building.

Subfloor Assessment
We inspect before anything goes down. Flatness, moisture, fastener integrity. Problems found at this stage cost nothing to fix. Problems found after installation are expensive.

Material Staging & Layout
Materials are staged and acclimated on-site. Layout lines are snapped before the first plank goes down. Clean execution starts with proper preparation.

Floor Protection
After installation on active construction sites, we cover all finished flooring with kraft paper and blue tape. Other trades work on the space — your new floor stays protected.

Yes. Mountain and luxury properties are a specialty area for us. Higher-end homes require precision materials, careful handling, and a team that understands elevated finish standards. We take on select mountain-area projects within approximately a two-hour drive of Denver — availability depends on location, scope, scheduling, and site conditions.
Most residential jobs are completed in 1–3 days depending on square footage and material type. Commercial projects and large-scale builds are scoped and scheduled around your construction timeline. We provide a clear, written timeline before any work begins.
Absolutely. We work with GCs, property managers, multifamily developers, and commercial project teams throughout Colorado. We understand construction sequencing, coordinate with other trades, protect finished work, and deliver installs that pass inspection the first time.
Hardwood (solid and engineered), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, ceramic and porcelain tile, carpet, stair treads, and commercial flooring systems. We also handle sanding, refinishing, subfloor preparation, and repair and correction of failed previous installations.
We inspect the subfloor before installation begins. If we find a condition that requires surface correction — grinding, leveling compound, or patching — we address it and price it transparently. We do not proceed past conditions that would compromise the finished floor. Note: structural subfloor replacement or major carpentry is outside our scope; we will refer you to the appropriate trade if needed.
